We are in this journey together through the blogsphere.

Julie from http://julielostandfound.blogspot.com/ nominated me for an award. I am now nominating you. I did not see the Versatile Blogger award on your blog. Here is what I wrote about you: TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY: http://danasafattymcbutterpants.blogspot.com/: WEIGHT LOSS AND OTHER ADDICTIONS

Please go to my blog to find the rules for this award.

TTFN,
Michele at
http://ruminationsasiuncoverthewomanwithin.blogspot.com/Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16422138891797605472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7981786991716763961.post-70803719500283148772010-08-02T14:46:02.896-07:002010-08-02T14:46:02.896-07:00Glad you had a good weekend! :) Great job on getti...Glad you had a good weekend! :) Great job on getting back to the AM walks! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07009516137159510425noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7981786991716763961.post-73654674957803228622010-08-02T10:28:27.338-07:002010-08-02T10:28:27.338-07:00Yay! I would say that I've been in a funk myself - not awful, but experiencing more anxiety than usual and worrying about stuff over which I have no control. Futile.

For me the answer is always, as they say in AA, more spiritual development. Why isn't this easier?!

Nice job on the 4 mile walk!Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12401609334253676307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7981786991716763961.post-8237518402647931702010-08-02T10:09:30.331-07:002010-08-02T10:09:30.331-07:00Welcome back, indeed! Empty nest syndrome is a toughie on its own, and couple that with the boss and car/money - well, it's amazing you did as well as you were doing, really. Glad you are feeling so much better - let's see the new paint job!Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05890227462052573887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7981786991716763961.post-22066256229144676492010-08-02T09:48:51.324-07:002010-08-02T09:48:51.324-07:00Welcome back, Dana. And if you throw in a touch of fear (boy, don't I know about that) and pretty soon, well, you know the rest. But this really is good news and progress! Honestly! You've recognized what you've been doing, decided that it wasn't working for you and now you are changing some things up and are getting WOW! results already. You are, indeed, back. I'm glad you recognize how important you are to you!

Hugs!Roxiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01440676304336222503noreply@blogger.com
