lost my head.....just breath

Am I loosing my mind? I just lost a $320 check. GRRR. Trying to get rid of this crazy brain feeling. grrr. BREATH!

    OMGosh! I hope you find it! Back track your steps today. If you still can't find it you missed a step . Think some more. Its probably the little thing you did out of the ordinary. I know the feeling . I can be so scatter brained sometimes! Take a deep breath. Thats all you can do. If you can't find it shortly get whoever wrote you the check to cancel it with the bank then write you another. Jinx!
